CoreLogic MLS-Touch Mobile App Filling In as Homesnap Replacement
When CoreLogic acquired Montreal-based Prospects® Software, their product MLS-Touch® was ordained to replace CoreLogic’s GoMLS mobile app. In a press release today, Minneapolis-based NorthstarMLS, St. Louis-based MARIS MLS, and Jacksonville-based realMLS have entered into agreements to launch MLS-Touch as their mobile multiple listing application. This brings the user count on MLS-Touch over the 700,000 mark; making it the most adopted MLS mobile app in real estate. Before the CoreLogic acquisition, Prospects operated alongside MLS systems like Matrix, FlexMLS and others. MLS-Touch has always been a side-car to the MLS system that wraps key functionality along with access to MLS records and public records in the palm of the agents’ hand. The keynote here is that MLS-Touch is not tied exclusively to Matrix. The architecture of the MLS-Touch product was built to support all MLS systems by leveraging data connections to mirror the MLS in an elegant mobile app.
